The Riptide 58mm slow sink brings the qualities of the larger saltwater Riptides to a freshwater format. Designed and balanced to keep the same great swimming action and accurate casting characteristics, these smaller Riptides are highly effective in New Zealand freshwater lakes and rivers against common species like Brown and Rainbow trout.

Coming pre-rigged with BKK trebles, the 58mm is already tuned for maximum performance, but can be rigged with inline single hooks if preferred.

The Riptide 58mm can also be used for light estuary and shallow water casting for Kahawai & Snapper.

Note: The Riptide 58mm is tuned from factory to sink slowly in freshwater. Some tuning may be required for sinking performance in salt-water
