Competition Drawing

There are a total of four (4) charter seats available to give away. Winners will be drawn weekly starting from Friday 22nd November. Winners will be randomly selected from the list of entrants on each Friday proceeding up until Friday 13th December. Winners will be drawn from a single pool, meaning early entry will give you more chances to win. Winning entrants will be notified via Email and/or phone call, and results will be announced via Facebook/Instagram announcement on the Nomad Design NZ social media channels. If selected winners remain uncontactable for five (5) days after their name is drawn, a redraw will take place. Along with the charter prize, an additional Nomad Design prize pack will be supplied to each winner on the day of the charter. Any prizes, including the main fishing charter prize with Nomad Sportfishing NZ are non-exchangeable for cash or transferrable to other person(s).

The Charter

Entrants must be over the age of 16 and are responsible for their own transportation to Tauranga. Additionally, any accomodation (if required) on the day of the charter will be the responsibility of the entrant. The fishing charter will take place in March 2020 (actual date to be advised), leaving from Sulphur Point Marina, Tauranga, NZ, and is subject to weather conditions and sea conditions. Nomad Sportfishing NZ will strive to ensure that the charter will take place on the specified time/day, however in the event that conditions are unsafe, the charter will be postponed to another scheduled date. Nomad Sportfishing NZ will endeavour to give all reasonable forward warning of any cancellations/postponements and will not be responsible for any resulting disruption or financial costs incurred to winners as a result of a cancelled/postponed charter.
